1. Five (5) ‘O’ level credit level passes in not more than two (2) sittings in:
Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE)
National Examination Commission (NECO)
General Certificate of Education (GCE)
Candidates wishing to undergo this course must possess credit in English, Biology/Health science, Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics.
2. Holders of Certificate for Environmental Health Assistant (EHA), Dental Surgery Assistant, Health Assistant and any other related programme with two (2) years post qualification experience can also apply be admitted into 200 level provided they fulfill the entry requirement in (1) above.
